Overall, I am happy with LexisNexis. I believe I should be paid more considering my previous years' performances but I feel much safer and happier with my current manager than my previous one.

I was 240% of my yearly target, and was ranked the highest performance rating I could receive and my salary increase was only £1000 before ta
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a manager who understands that I don't need to be micromanaged and doesn't play favourites like my previous manager did, and although he is busy, constantly in meetings, he finds time to speak with me when I need help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I sit within a team that sells a product completely different to me, so I feel quite isolated when in the office as its rare any of the reps I work with are in the office. I do enjoy having the opportunity to speak to other parts of the business.
