It has been a rollercoaster, both good and bad. However, I dont regret working here by any means and I have been able to develop so many skills.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hit the highest ranking in my employee review, only around 3% of the segment gets this, and my comp increase was so low. It is extremely discouraging coming into the new year and my second year at lexis.
