Listen to employees, lack of incentives for sales, lack of consideration and support for new tools and new improvements.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of pay, no pay increases, lack of improvements or new tools, stuck in old ways, and too much bureaucracy to get things changed. lack of flexibility on WFH in sales teams
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
UK Leeds Pay is not up to standard with market rates with some colleagues being paid 5K more or less despite doing same job, incentives are very meh and payrises dependant on unrealistic goals.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More events and team days, feels like we never get them at all and we seem to have to hit targets to get any money to fund them. lack of care from company on morale.
