LexisNexis is a good company but needs to make a real culture change in the way people work. There are too many processes and no one wants to make a decision to shake things up except enticing people to use GENAI tools. The company should care more about their employees and their customers more

Benefits are not great regarding personal perks such as discount as the platform do not give better incentive than other online platform for shopping for instance

My input for my team and trying to make a better environment for them. The change even small I can make to their day to day work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A Leader that genuinely care about the success of every personn on their Team. There are too many EGO in the top management who like the sound of their own voice and no one seems to listen. People still work in silo and often say this is not part of my JD
