What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very supportive of each other; I like my team. However, I don't understand why most of us come in on our in-office days and some people doesn't seem to have to, so that breeds resentment to a degree.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Every year since I started, I have received roughly a 2% raise – in this economy that means I take a pay cut every year. I would love to see Lexis acknowledge that everyone is struggling to make the same ends meet in this vola
