
The autonomy I have. The trust from my manager and team, and that I am home based.
My direct leadership team really cares about all of us on the team as individuals, not just employees.
Everyone has each others backs. We have a good time when we're together, be it in a meeting or socially.
We are trusted, at least in my experience. We're treated like adults, not children who have to be forced to be held accountable.
We do not get cost of living raises, we get merit raises and those are pretty much just for doing our job. I've been here for almost 20 years and I'm close to living pay check to pay check despite living rather frugally.
