The most positive aspect of the culture and environment at the company is its openness and collaborative spirit. There is a strong emphasis on encouraging new ideas, where employees feel comfortable sharing perspectives and contributing to discussions. The environment supports teamwork.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the existing incentive structure, I believe there is an opportunity to further strengthen it, particularly in recognizing strong performance and contributions. For example, last year when the Singapore marketing team exceeded expectations by achieving 140% of the marketing target PoS.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There has been some turnover within the team in recent years; however, one of the aspects of my subordinates is their ability to coordinate well and work efficiently as one team. Additionally, having a more experienced manager with a broader strategic vision could help provide clearer direction.
