The people, especially in my team. There is also a good work-life balance with management offering flexibility
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people in my team are incredible. I have never worked in a team where people are genuinely so happy to help everyone else, and also celebrate others' successes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know I am on a lower wage than the market rate for my role. I also know I am on a considerably lower salary than everyone else on my team who are doing the same job. They have also changed the contract so newer employees have less benefits, including 3.5 less days holiday.
