after 15 years I feel like AI and changes in the business environment have caused a ton of changes that are still being figured out. It seems like we rush to adopt tech only to quickly find that it's changed or something better has arrived. I'm not sure that pace is sustainable or efficient.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
there seems to be a lot of churn and change without good solid direction in a lot of spaces so you end up doing a lot of hurry up and change direction which is stressful and exhausting.
