Ensuring we work with great tools & equipment. They encourage the use of AI. The company benefits are great

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Some lack accountability, some lack initiative and some are just not suited to build modern solutions. coworkers with deeper experience would be better

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Our area has lost a bit of its agency & trust due to failures from previous employees. We are judged through the same lense & operate at the same pace. I'm surprised at how many employees are being let go in the past few months while leadership does not recognise their part in their failure.
