What makes you most happy at work?
releasing something or improving something that makes things a bit easier for my colleagues, or saves us money or makes something more efficient
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team have regular townhalls and meetings to give us a bigger picture about what is happening in the company and other parts as a whole.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team is working together with the goal of improving the tools, training is always pushed so we can gain more knowledge and we are encouraged to experiment with new things
What are some of the best things about your team?
our team is very tight and we all work together, with daily status meetings to keep track, if we are stuck we can ask the other team members for help, as each one is a specialist in a different area
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay goes up very little compared to inflation, and does not keep in line with market rates and what is being offered for the job if a new person was being advertised for. What started off as a good wage ends up as below average over time.
