I am not clear on advancement in the company and have not seen opportunities for growth within the data enrichment team of AI legal ratings. However, the importance of the work which I contribute is seen and I feel appreciated for my job performance.

Flexibility and quality of work progress over the past year. Encouraged engagement of co-workers although all remote.

Leaders invested in personal growth and contribution to overall goal and success both individually and behalf of the company. Immediate assistance when requested.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Ongoing collaboration and team work to provide the best evaluation and progress of AI legal ratings. Such work shows in the increased accuracy and completeness of the Lexis AI products.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on view of other companies retaining legal professionals for the same AI rating and reviewing, hourly rates range between 50.00 to 100.00 per hour, setting the minimum pay at approximately $125,000.00 per year on the low end. Lexis currently places pay at approximately 85,000.00 per year.
