What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work/home life balance is the most positive piece of LexisNexis. Being able to feel trusted in your role to get your job done but also feel confident to take time for yourself when something in your home life comes up is truly empowering.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how the leadership team is ready and willing to learn what all employees are doing everyday. They are eager to sit in meetings and learn more about your job function and how you contribute to the company no matter what your role is.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people, the products, and the values LexisNexis holds are what makes me most happy at work. Knowing that the people working alongside me hold those same values and want the best for the world and the rule of law. It puts a smile on my face everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best part about my team is the willingness to have open dialogue. If I have any questions, suggestions or comments, they are listening with open ears and are provided solutions to implement my idea. It truly shows how they value me as not only a person, but an employee.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package are the volunteering hours we get every year to go and do service in the community. We get two full days to go and do service. As well as a full day of Pro Bono hours to leverage our skills to help others succeed.
