Compensation feels under market rate. Not a pay for performance culture.

Very mature business that is just a cash cow. No meaningful focus on innovation.

Pay is not for performance and is not market. Should have more differentiation for top performance and be market.

Lack of growth and investment in the business. Way too conservative around organic and inorganic investment. Short term focus on results that do not generate long terms sustainable growth.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Stronger bonuses tied to individual performance. So outperformers actually get paid much more and underperformers get paid much less. Also more opportunity to promote overperformers and to manage out underperformers.
