I like the people that I work with. The work life balance is good. The downside is no growth potential so it feels like a scary career dead end.

Flexibility to work from home, low pressure and low stress
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of opportunities to grow, low salary, lack of challenges. It cna be really hard to motivate when there isn't any financial growth potential.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When given a promotion, there should also be a raise. There needs to be a means for financing growth and currently there isn't one which is really scary.
