I have grown across a number of roles and teams / business units in my tenure with the company. I would highly encourage others to move around the business as it has been immensely helpful for me.

Pay is good, Benefits get worse every year and manage to cost more

Very smart and capable people who are always willing to help others. They put the team before themselves

Pay is generally Fair, Benefits have degraded over the years. Always seem to need to spend more to get less.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do a good amount of building culture at the Raleigh Office. Lots of cross team / cross functional opportunities to meet.
What makes you most happy at work?
Continued Challenges and Growth Opportunities. I feel like every time I get comfortable I am given additional challenges to keep me engaged. This is great for personal and professional growth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Generally everyone is committed to the success of the business. We need to balance continuing to push for more while making sure we do not burn people out. I enjoy having days back in the office where I can connect with people in person.
