I have had many opportunities to grow, learn, and be challenged. No two days are alike, and there's always more to learn and teach.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

There have been a lot of great things, and I've had many opportunities. Yet, sexism is still a very potent limiter, and the people who commit these acts aren't restrained because they have achieved a very high rank. My boss highlights my mistakes but almost never compliments me on a job well done.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

While there is an outward appearance of a good place to work, there is a toxic culture run by old white men who still sexually harass women. The company values publishable numbers that show high psychological safety, but they use averages so that it's not obvious that there are problems.

Performance management hasn't been required in many areas of the business. So you have people promoted to management who are actually horrible people managers. Impervious to change, rewarded for doing the wrong things for the business. Self-promoting

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There is a lot of favoritism; some people can do a very poor job with no consequences, while others aren't recognized for doing excellent work. It's a very political environment the higher you move up the ladder.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Despite boasting of their support of diversity, the senior leadership team does not reflect America's diversity. And employees are not considered to be stakeholders in the corporation. Just endless greed to meet increasing profit for stockholders while cutting the essential workers who do the work

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Culture is driven from above, so we probably need senior leaders who treat employees as equal stakeholders to shareholders. The top leaders should take a pay cut every time employees don't get full raises. As long as we sacrifice people to make numbers, this cannot change.
