My experience has been for the most part fantastic. I am constantly nervous, however, that my role or my colleagues' roles will be eliminated each year when November comes. I really like the people I work with and the work that we do and would love to work here for the rest of my career.

I believe the amount of PTO we receive is generous and I really appreciate the extra hours we have been recently given to get the COVID vaccine
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people that we hire, for the most part, are very professional and many have become close friends. We all want to be successful and want to help each other be successful
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like my manager and the leadership team that I work with. The Senior Leadership team doesn't really interact with us at all so I can't comment on what I like about them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are the best part about working at LN. Also our switch to WFH has been fantastic for all and I wish we could all choose to do so 100% of the time after the pandemic is over. No one I know wants to go back 2 days a week like our VP said we had to and are much happier working remotely
