For the most part, they don't try to dodge work and they hold themselves accountable for everything they do. The are also continually raising the bar with creative quality news and analysis.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Steady employment throughout the pandemic is the most immediate thing that comes to mind. I guess that translates to the company recognizing our value, trusting our capability as a remote workforce, and ensuring our success for the long-run by, I'm guessing, making sacrifices in the near-term.
