Overall a good company to work for but there are some glaring shortcomings. Namely benefits and Salary increases.

What makes you most happy at work?

My Coworkers. My manager. My customers.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

seem to care about me as an employee. Support my goals. Give me tool to success

What are some of the best things about your team?

Personable. Like seeing others succeed so are always willing to help out even if it doesn't benefit them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is engaged and driving towards the same goal. A lot of creative people doing a lot of work outside of their core job description.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Consistently an over performer and consistently get 2's for KPO's but am given dink and dunk increases. Haven't hand anything more than 2% in years. Typically each year our benefits costs go up and off set any raise I get. My take home is virtually flat from 3 years ago. It can be depressing.
