Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
There's not enough support when you file a whistleblower complaint. You need mental health and medical health support. You need to CLEARLY be informed of the outcome an investigation and factual determinations. Without this support there's no reason to file a complaint if you bear all the burdens.

Home-based employees should be entitled to the same compensation as office-based employees. The pandemic has proved this.
