Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I definitely compare myself to other managers throughout the organization. I am given significant higher volumes of work and direct reps to manage vs others in the same role I have in different divisions while being paid less.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The addition of Andrew Match to the leadership team has made a significant difference. Andrew drives for results, but ensures we have all the resources we need to achieve them. I feel as though Andrew seeks to fully understand our business challenges and comes up with creative ways to solve them.
