I have nothing but positive to say about Lexis until recent where I don't feel as valued due to compensation. We lose a lot of good employees to our "sister" companies because they compensate better. We also are asked to have ideas and be bold but we have next to no resources to help implement.
What makes you most happy at work?
Those I work with and it's challenging.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with want to see everyone succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're genuine, sincere and truly want to do a great job! The teamwork is incredible!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the communication and the clear expectations of what we need to do and of our goals as a company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've taken on more direct reports, more responsibility and not had any sort of increas in pay for it in 7 years. Only minor merit increases. I'm led to believe I should be happy to have a job. I've been wtih Lexis for over 20 years but I'm looking elsewhere now.
