Lexis is a company that operates with a very high degree of integrity. Once you arrive, there is a bit of taking employees for granted.

The immediate team is collaborative, smart & kind.

Ability to arrive @ work with your whole self.

Problem solving, coaching, creativity. More recognition required for unique contributions.

More recognition of market pressures & more realistic goal setting.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team members are generally supportive & collaborative within the range of healthy competition

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher base salary to compensate for base salary decrease in move to management.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team has an open door policy. They are accessible, listen to customer concerns & are active in problem solving.

What makes you most happy at work?

The work is very challenging & creative. It is interesting solving old problems with a new approach each time. Internal negotiations are often more difficult than external negotiations.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

LN operates with a high degree of integrity. Employee concerns are treated seriously & addressed. This same level of concern needs to be extended to customers. LN tries but some customers view as tone deaf to market/biz issues (goal driven renewal increases etc).

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team seem genuinely interested in supporting manager. Sometimes they are a bit slow to react to social changes. This I think is because the company focus is on short term goals & to reflect societal changes in an organization is a long term project.
