i have been at the company for over 3 years. the first two years were great. going into the third year we had org changes and the entire environment shifted. the mood, culture and everything changed. My experience here has been a roller coaster ride adn i would caution anyone who would want to come
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I reported several issues to HR and HR did nothing about it. I feel as if my voice isn't heard and no one cares about the underlying issues and problems
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A lot of my co-workers have been harassing me in the past. it created negative and toxic atmosphere to the point where i wanted to leave the company. I reported it to HR and nothing was done
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The culture needs to be impoved. the issues and underlying problems and toxic environment needs to be improved. i reported things to HR only for nothing to be done. i reported bad selling tactics only for nothing to be done as well. my voice is not heard.
