Overall, I am grateful for the experiences I have had at Lexis throughout my year. This job and my positions have allowed me to do many things I don't think I otherwise would have been able to do. My biggest complaint is with my total compensation. I feel it should be around 25%-30% higher.

Clear communication, open to ideas and opinions, ability to fail and learn from mistakes, and when possible, some decisions are discussed with the leadership team before a decision is made

Success if celebrated, failure is seen as an opportunity to learn and improve, leadership wants to develop employees to have them contribute at a higher level, coaching is valued and so is feedback
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are good, leadership is good, recognition is good, flexibility is good, but other parts of the business are paid more for the same or similar roles/responsibilities. Cost of goods are rising faster than merit increases cover.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with Lexis for 13 years, have met or exceeded expectation almost every year, have had a very solid career track, and I manage a team of 10-12, but still make less than $100k. All while other groups in RELX pay more for the same position.
