What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Company always seems to look to within for management Culture allows quite a bit of autonomy as far as schedules and work/life balance are concerned

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Seems as you go up ladder, there is less appreciation for field sales, with "product sells itself" attitude. Base salaries do not compare to industry bases, despite how it is positioned to sales reps.80% of my team is below base salary band has set for company. Not enough thought given to geographys

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If the fact that cost of living in different areas of the country were taken into consideration. Living in the Northeast, my base stretches far less than those who live just about anywhere else in the country. I also see that my base, as compared to other divisions in the company, is much lower
