LexisNexis has a great product portfolio and committed employees that go above and beyond to help our customers and other employees. We're a mature business and we have lofty goals and sometimes that business is forced to make tough decisions. I wish our compensation plans were more competitive.

I receive a fairly competitive base salary in comparison to the market standard

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
when I've researched compensation for similar roles at similar companies, there is a 15-20% pay gap. I continue to get more responsibilities and I have not been rewarded monetarily.
