Some very tenured and knowledgeable reps. The best mentors you can have for newer reps coming in. Competitive but tight group. They want everyone to be successful.
Base pay can be an obstacle to hiring and maintaining talent and chargebacks are and always have been a challenge. Reps are asked to sell and chargebacks are mostly out of their control.
New Leadership, making it a fun place to work again. We used to do a lot more at a team level for recognition which I would like to get back to but overall, things are great
Not all regions allow for the same opportunity rather it is goal achievement due to growth expectations or total POS which reflects amount of VC received. There should be an equal opportunity to meet the same growth expectations as any other.
We are using common sense with most decision now. Keeping the reps in mind vs knee jerk decisions. Trying to fix something without thinking it through and then causing chaos with reps on a change that could have been done differently or better.
The company is providing a product that competes well in the market and that keeps the reps excited about what they have to offer. This keeps everyone excited about what they do each day, what they have to offer and what is on the road map. When everyone feels empowered by what they have to offer
