Communications and being open to discuss the real issues and work. Not be so nice on the surface and get to the important issues.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Care about their work. Not just do the minimum. Take pride in what the team as a whole can do and not collect a paycheck.

The a-players are pushed to the limits (high stress) and many just put their time in and leave for the day without caring much about their team and business.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Raises have averaged 1% for many employees. Compensation package has been less each year. Benefits for retirement have decreased on a steady pace to lower match an d past pension options.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Doing what they say. Employees are important, not shown in how they treat or the raises given. Customers are number one, but we don't do the work needed for our current customers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Keep cutting raises, insurance goes up, insurance benefits cut, 401K match cut. A lot of new benefits but apply to only some groups, should be able to pick and choose what you want and can use and pay accordingly.
