There have been many changes in many years. Migration was really tough but we are moving in a new direction.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My experience has varied over my long career at LexisNexis and I have felt full satisfaction and I have felt despair. How balanced that is is driven by a couple of things. The leader of my business unit, the strategy of my business unit, collaboration among teams, and my immediate manager.

The PTO policy is very good.

Seeing my employees grow and shine.

The focus on employees' growth and well being has been monumental.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have meetings where we can meet in small groups with members of the SLT in gNS.

I love being able to promote my employees and get them recognition for the great work they do.

Collaboration is a key component to the team I lead as well as the leadership team I am a part of.

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced new ways of communicating. I feel they are trying to adapt. I am a big fan of the Executive roundtables.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a cohesive leadership working towards the same goals for our teams of individual contributors. There is a collaboration over competition feel to my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company supports several causes that are dear to my heart. I am home based and work hard to generate a team atmosphere even though we are a virtual team.
