I like what I do, people I work with and work for, but my team doesn't have necessary resources for success. I don't feel the companyfully supports my team and we are expected to do more with less, and our workload continues to grow. Salary doesn't and a minimal raise is insulting at this point.

Their current response to covid19 and working from home
What makes you most happy at work?
Successfully completing big projects, coming up with new ideas and bringing them to fruition, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid significantly less than my predecessor. Even without that, my current salary is low compared to similar positions outside fo the company.
