Love working in the publishing industry; work with a great group of people; could do better when it comes to automation a la do more testing before committing to savings; wish sr leadership would take more responsibility to communicate some of the tougher stuff such as "no merit"

Overall experience is pleasant, but when we discuss valuing the employee, rarely is my group recognized in any way for the content pushed to online and in print, including lack of merits.
