I have been with the company for over thirty years and have seen a lot of positive changes in processes and procedures. I love what I do and I love working for the organization, but feel that we continue to strive to catch up with our competitors versus trying to distinguishing our product.

I have been with the company for over 30-years and have been through many changes. While it has been challenging to navigate some of the changes, it has been exciting to see how the organization is growing and changing to meet our customer needs.

My direct manager takes time to clearly guide and direct me on how to support the overall business goals while actively supporting my personal/professional development.

My Senior Director encourages continuous learning and challenges her reports to be a learner and apply that learning to what we do as a business.

We have a diverse background. We are working to build deeper trust with each other which allows us to be honest and disagree, but do it respectfully.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is till a disconnect with how the executive team is valuing the businesses human asset. They continue to say that the people are the biggest asset, but continue to cut people to meet ongoing budget challenges. It seems to be a conflicting message.
