What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to see my team succeed and also see other members of the company succeed whom I previously managed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team really cares about their managers. They are family focused and willing to allow flexibility with work schedule to help accommodate anything you may need.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
From an industry prospective, we have lower base and commission packages. The difficulty of my segment and how the product supports my segment is not taken into consideration when commission packages are rolled out.
