Care and concern - however after getting new VPs in April this is nearly completely gone. At the rep and immediate mgr, the understanding, empathy, and care still exists, but above that, there is little to no care/concern about personnel
After the VP shuffle in NARS, COVID hit which puts pressure and stress on all. The new PRINT upper mgmt rules with an iron fist and has changed a positive environment to a negative and threatening environment, incentivizing 20+ year reps to find new jobs which will hurt the business and culture
Sales are low which takes a hit to the sales reps already and upper mgmt is blaming the lower sales on the qualities and efforts of the sales reps which creates a very toxic environment. We need to be more empathetic and stand with our reps that truly are putting in 100% effort
