I enjoy working here mostly because of the work life balance which is very excellent. The team is very co-operative and provides flexibility. The work pressure is manageable. The cons of it is the low rate of compensation increase every year and not enough perks

The work life balance is good. But in terms of reward and compensation it lags behind and also growth opportunities are less.

The learning opportunities are good but the company is not expanding in terms of headcount so the existing team members are pressurised and also the attrition is a bit high. As the company's focus is on AI, small other teams are ignored.

The compensation is not matching the inflation level and cost of living.

The team is very friendly and well connected and care about each other personally too

The compensation increment year on year is very minimal especially when there is a promotion it is very low.

The hike percentages are very low. Also if there is a promotion the % of hike given for promotion is not upto the mark. Also better perks like wellness allowance can be given on a yearly basis

Sometimes work is not appreciated and no benefits like quarterly awards are given. Also regarding the compensation, a good hike would make me feel better as the current hike rate is too low compared to the growing cost of living.
