work environment - sometimes be negative. Team member should stock stalking the senior team member and stop spreading unnecessary gossips by collecting information from the senior from the external source (from her/his personal network). It results in less psychological safety in the workplace.
I feel it is not paid for the performance and contribution I made for the team over a last couple of years. I would expect the organization to pay well based on the current economic situation as well in order to retain the experienced employees.
Leadership team is good, motivating and feel good to work in the organization. From my understanding, I would feel that the employees must be remunerated well based on the current facts such as inflation, increased cost of living, performance and their value adding contribution to the company.
