What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very professional and easy to work with, always willing to help and provide the team with the appropriate advise and tools to accomplish the job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the based salary and commission should be increased for certain segments of the company. You have individuals making $100k plus and others making $50k to 60K. I know there is going to be some difference but this a huge gap.
