There should be more of a concern with the cost of living differences in the nation. Someone in San Francisco or California in general should not receive the same base salary as someone in Kentucky or Tennessee. Cost of living really affects the ability to perform.
I have a JD. I am a professional that lives in a high cost of living state. I am now being asked to divide my role in two but receiving VC for a portion of each. The VC calculations might make mathmatical sense but in reality we are doing two roles for the price of one
