You get treated with complete respect, and made to feel as an important component to the organization.

We work as a team, help each other out, and there is no animosity between each other.

My manager Will Anderson, is the most amazing manager/boss, I've ever had in my entire life. All of the managers at Law360 are simply amazing! I've never seen anything like it before in my life!
What makes you most happy at work?
Everyone at Law360 gets treated like the adult that they are. There is no micro-managing. You have a job that you are expected to do, and you are left to do that job, without interference.
