Being in company for 5 years may very well sum up that I really love my company. I am 400km away from my daughter, I am a single mother, but I cant seem to leave the company despite the distance and longing I always feel towards my family, esp my daughter. Pre-covid, I go home every month.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comp Ben in the past years has been getting worse instead of being better. It is not competitive in the same industries.

The pay is OK, an increase would not hurt and if there are additional processes and tasks from the original job description, maybe an increase should be given. :)
