Hardworking, dedicated, creative, good communication skills.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Intellectually challenging, people genuinely are nice.

Flexibility in the packages offered.

Regular updates on Town halls.

With few exceptions, the people at Lexisnexis are genuine.

The team are highly motivated and have a growth mindset.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to develop new ideas and see them through. Also, a lot of autonomy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team, particularly Mike Walsh, delivers a message and carries it out. No empty promises or platitudes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have been able to build strong professional relationships at the company. the team I was able to build had zero ego--meaning everyone pitched in wherever needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has a diversity of opinions and also is humble. They stand by their ideas but are willing to listen to different ideas and change their minds when a better idea comes forward.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have way too many meetings on my calendar and what I look forward to time to work on strategy and more forward-looking work. It's challenging with short-term, tactical needs to make time for this important work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Recently contacted by a HH and compensation or a similar position was 25% higher. I have reasons to stay with LN that are separate from compensation. I have been told by a provider that our mental health benefits are poor compared with others.
