What do you like best about the leadership team?

Town Hall meetings and information sharing

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The fun things we used to do quarterly before Covid.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Collaboration, willingness to help each other, fun activities as a group before Covid.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We don't get merit increases, my compensation changes about every 6 months, I rarely know how I'm getting paid and if everything promised is included in my commission. I've stopped tracking my commission because it's so confusing. Very disappointing.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Feels like were the lowest wrung on the ladder. We have to adjust to changes made in other departments. Inconsistent pay that I have to spend WAY to much time trying to figure out if I got paid correctly. We're paid on a draw, one of my coworkers is -$500 in commissions. How does that motivate you?
