Excellent team and work opportunities. The work is always interesting. However, even though management has handled things very well this year from what I can tell, there's always a concern that a re-org will disrupt our team's progress or threaten our ability to make difference together.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've enjoyed working on marketing materials focused on a wide range of audiences since 2004. I am always learning at LexisNexis, and I gain satisfaction from interaction as a team player. I have really appreciated the opportunity to work remotely for several years.

We have a variety of backgrounds, and we're open to sharing and helping one another. We think like a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They regularly stay in touch with us as a broad group via town halls with substantive info. They support diversity and inclusion in meaningful ways. They have not slashed or re-orged our marketing group in several years--that enables us to do our very best without ongoing concern.
