I wanted to work for LN for a long time before joining, so am so happy to work here. Unfortunately I don't get on with my manager and I feel like his priorities are not with LN and he is more focused on drinking and trying to get me to be his friend, rather than producing quality content.

I appreciate that there has been frequent communication during the pandemic, when I appreciate the SLT are super busy
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are social events that I can get involved in, such as Run Club, however I have to actively get involved in social events.
What makes you most happy at work?
Writing content that readers can use to improve their work. I also like the cats and running. I like being associated with a well known brand in the legal world.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager doesn't listen to me and he would struggle with the workload if I left, because he's probably not aware of my daily tasks. I would like a pay rise and matching my old gym benefit (£30/m) would make me feel better. Instead my senior management
