Others in similar/identical roles are paid more. I'd like to be paid equally.

The culture and environment here is very supportive and we strive to make each other better.

The leadership team I work under tries very hard to get the best results and cares about me as a person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In comparison to other local companies, I could be making much more money by switching jobs or even roles over to RELX from LexisNexis

You can't meet my team and not think "Wow!" There's something to be said for a group of people who drive and support each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
There is always a new challenge or ways to improve. People go above and beyond and hold each other to high standards while continuing to support one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My work feels undervalued compared to others in the company when others in similar positions are paid much better and our pay essentially went down, particularly taking into account cost of living.
