What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Most of our department has been off-shored, so morale is low while sycophancy increases.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Given all of the off-shoring, lay-offs, and flattened salaries, my colleagues do their best to remain upbeat. That gets more difficult every year.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The max-salary ceilings have not risen, so many receive no raises year after year. Benefits diminish in value/rise in price. LN/RELX fails to grasp that respect and commitment are two-way streets.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

This is a very depressing environment: Flattened salaries, no career growth, poorly designed tools we must use to design poorly designed websites. Talented and experienced staff are treated as threats, while sycophants get promotions.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

1. Growth opportunities are severely limited, and HR provides no help with career pathing. 2. Benefits diminish in quality every year, wages are flat, yet benefit costs rise. 2. Diversity is more than color or race: other types of employees are utterly ignored, including older employees.
