The company encourages a feeling of togetherness and tries to include us in all aspects of the business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is fantastic. Everyone helps each other and we get along like a house on fire. We learn from each other and we are very supportive of one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have asked numerous times over the past few years for an increase and was told each year something different. Motivation was given. I receive stellar feedback on KPO appraisals and I was always told, "we'll see next time." Others in the same field earning more at other company's
