My experiece at LexisNexis has been good. Even though there is a lot of uncertainty as to job security I still have faith that the Company will do all that they can to secure as much jobs as possible.

People are great but the uncertainty of what the company has planned for the future leaves a sore taste in my mouth.

The only benefits are pension and medical aid. Most companies offer that.

I like the fact that they care about the employees and put us first.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel under valued when the rating is done its not really done as per what that person does for that particular department. The way I see it you have to be higher up the ladder in order to get rated as outstanding performance yet we put in as much work as the developers to have happy clients.
